How to Request a Payment History

A listing of all child support payments made on a case or payment history may be obtained by either calling the Support Office at (260) 724-5310 or by writing to:

If you choose to write to request a payment history, please include your name, case number, and the dates with which the payment history should begin and end or specify that you would like the entire case history.

According to Indiana Statute, the Clerk must charge $1.00 for the payment history and an additional $1.00 if the history must be certified.
