Information for Persons making Support Payments
Support payments may be made in person at the Clerk's Support Office, 112 S. 2nd Street, Adams County Courthouse or by mail, to the Clerk of Adams Circuit Court, Child Support Division, P.O. Box 189, Decatur, IN 46733.
Please include the following information with each payment:
- Court case number,
- name of person who pays support,
- and the name of parent who receives support.
Make payments payble to "Clerk of Adams Circuit Court." Acceptable types of payments include personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks, and cash, if made in person.
